# Lead Scoring

> Score any lead list against your ICP and signals, with a reason per row.

It reads your list and Product Context, scores each lead on fit and timing, and writes the reason next to every score so you can disagree. It also flags rows that look wrong.

## Use it when
- Anyone with more leads than time.
- Cleaning an old CRM export.

## Do not use it for
- Replacing a full CRM scoring model.
- Tiny lists under 20 leads.

## Input
A lead list (CSV)

## What it produces
A scored list with the reason behind each score.

- Fit and timing scores per lead.
- A reason for every score.
- Rows flagged as bad data.

## What it needs
Nothing extra. Uses Claude Code or Codex.

Bring your own API keys. Ekos never asks for, receives or stores them.

## Install and run
